 EDWIN EARL BICKNESE, 83, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017. He was a lifelong resi dent of Fort Wayne, the son of the late Earl and Thelma Bicknese. Ed attended South Side High School, graduating in 1952. He served the Fort Wayne community as a firefighter for 26 years, retiring in 1986. He enjoyed going to antique shows, and worked at a local antique shop after his retirement. Ed enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and also spending time at Leo Caf‚ with his friends. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Nancy Bicknese; children, Lori Losher, and Lisa Bicknese; grandchildren, Timothy (Tiffany) Losher, Daniel Losher, Lindsay Losher, Zachary (Jessica) Bicknese, Brian (Jessica Richey) Bicknese; great-grandchildren, Madelyn Losher, Lola Bicknese, London Bicknese; and his cats, Katie, and Butch. He was preceded in death by his son, Christian Bicknese.
