RICHARD M. PATTEE, 77, passed away on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, he work ed as a Firefighter with City of Fort Wayne for 20 years, retiring in 1986 and also worked as a mechanic for many years. He was a member the Retired Firefighters 20 Year Club. Surviving are his son, Jeff (LaDonna) Pattee of New Haven; daughter, Brenda (Steve) Brink of Fort Wayne; brothers, Ken Pattee and Tom Pattee of Fort Wayne; six grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Carolene Pattee; brother, Don Pattee; and parents, Merlin and Frieda Pattee. Service is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at the funeral home.
