Robert G. Morris of Bradenton, Florida passed away in Bradenton, Florida on November 19, 2021 at home surrounded by his wife Donna and family. He was born July 28, 1937 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Georgia and Robert E. Morris. He graduated in 1955 from Central Catholic High School, Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He was married to Evelyn (Gibson) Morris who predeceased him in death in 2007. Together they had 4 sons. Bob "Sam" worked 24 years on the Ft. Wayne Fire Department serving in various ranks and retiring in 1985 as Training Chief. He also served as Treasurer of the Fire Departments Mutual Fund and several years as Chairman of the Fire Fighters New Years Eve Ball. He also spent 30 years in flooring sales in Ft. Wayne and then at Carpetland USA in Ft. Myers where he officially retired in 2000.
